I think I have a new hero

Standard

Sharon Cohn Wu (J.D. Harvard Law) is the senior vice president of structural transformation at IJM.  I just found this video of her speaking at Urbana – St. Louis in 2006.  She sucked me in immediately with her story and held me there with her intensity and intelligence.

It’s times like these that I don’t know what qualifies me to be working here.  When I say I am “humbled and honored”–I mean it!

Listen to the story of how she got to where she is today, but hear the ongoing story of rescue.

Listen to the dire needs, but hear the real hope.

Watch here!  (because I don’t know how to embed video…)  Let me know your thoughts.
